• We had to limit using our services to some countries. If your country is not listed in our join form, you can't use the service.
• You understand and agree that IFlirtYou may review and reject or delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "content") that in the sole judgment of IFlirtYou violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users. Any signs of possible future spam/scam action may cause profile rejection.
• You agree that you are providing true information (gender, location) about yourself. You acknowledge that if your registration data is untrue in any respect, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement.
• To join IFlirtYou community you should set a real country and city you live in. Otherwise your profile will be rejected from our website.
• We do not accept profiles registered with proxy.
• We do not accept profiles of European and American people living in Africa and Asia. Sorry such profiles are often fake.
• No explicit sexual description and nude pictures.
• No fake, model and cartoon photos. Photos with other sites logos will be deleted.
• You agree to use our service only for dating and meeting people. No games, fun, harass behavior.
• No couples, shemales, transgendered people, naturists and cross-dressers.
• In a case of the questionable issue administrator may ask additional info.
• IFlirtYou is for noncommercial use. Companies, organizations and marriage agencies may not be users of this site.
• No personal information on your profile page (e-mail, phone number).
• You are solely responsible for the content that you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the service, or transmit to other users.
• No criticizing the site actions here. You may send us your suggestions and feedback by email address from contact us page.
• By posting content to any public area of IFlirtYou, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to IFlirtYou an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.
• You must use the service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
• You may not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other users to buy or sell any products or services through the service. You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other users. Although IFlirtYou cannot monitor the conduct of its users off the website, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any user without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect our users from such advertising or solicitation, we may terminate an offending member's membership.

• Profiles, postings and blogs are publicly viewed. IFlirtYou pages may be indexed by search engines. We are not responsible for search engines results. Please do not write your personal information.

IFlirtYou chat is a free of charge service helping users communicate and get to know each other better. Administrator may view chat from time to time. Please read our chat rules before using it.

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
