WHATEVER HAPPENED TO OLD FASHION DATING?

Have you ever taken a close look at these dating sites? 1. they want your money-saying they are FREE sites then the hook. How can you connect up with someone when BIG BROTHER controls the connection. 2. I have believed in Jesus since the age of 19 and though I'm not in church or preaching, I am an honest person. So why the fifth degree wanting to know everything about the person before they decide IF you are worthy of dating them? In my opinion if there is NO trust in the neginning, there will be NO trust later. 3. I will admit I have been divorced several times. But I was married 18 years and we have a 22 year old daughter between us-thats saying something. 4. Sure people are cautious but isn't this getting a little ridiculous? It takes all the fun out of meeting and getting to know someone! MY POINT: People get married for the wrong reasons: security, lonliness, God knows some would be better off getting a dog, or feeeling guilty about having sex outside of marriage?
The fact of the matter is that some couples get along much better not married and that is what I'm looking for at 59! Why ruin a good thing with a chain!
